EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Carla Daley serves as the Executive Director of Empower Her Enterprise, providing leadership, vision, and direction to the organization.
Her commitment to women and community empowerment drives the mission of Empower Her Enterprise forward. Through compassionate leadership, community partnerships, programs, and outreach, Carla works to create opportunities that help women recognize their potential and build stronger futures.
She believes that when a woman is empowered with knowledge, resources, support, and opportunity, her transformation can positively impact her family and the entire community.
Her leadership philosophy is simple: empower the woman, strengthen the family, and impact the community.
